When the sad news came that Australia’s The Smith Street Band needed to cancel their appearance at Fest 13 (due to even sadder news of a personal nature), many Fest attendees lamented missing their chance to hear the Aussies play tunes from their amazing new album, Throw Me in the River.
But those smartypants who attended Pre-Fest in Tampa witnessed a flurry of amazingness as the band stormed through a set of new tracks, as well as some classics.
