Fermentation has seen a huge resurgence lately. Obviously, one of the most popular fermented products is craft beer. The world, yes, the whole world, is craft beer crazy and we couldn’t be more thrilled about it.
But when it comes to the world of fermented foods, it’s a big, vast, beautiful world full of diverse flavours, from sweet like mead, to spicy like this hot sauce we have for you today.
Combining a Texan background with an Korean heritage (imagine Texan hot sauce, kimchi and Korean pickled products) the Sunny Bang Private Label Probiotic Hot Sauce was born.
While we haven’t had the chance to taste this yet (hook us up, Sunny Band), we imagine the beautiful tanginess from the lactic fermentation, combined with the hot peppers would be the bomb. Or perhaps the bang.
