It should come as no surprise that over here at Rice and Bread, the perfect Valentine’s Day includes great food and awesome music. Lucky for us, Brooks Headley, author of Brooks Headley’s Fancy Desserts: The Recipes of Del Posto’s James Beard Award-Winning Pastry Chef (and, lest we forget, the former drummer Born Against!), offered us one of his delicious dessert recipes to woo any food and music lover.
