In case you hadn’t figured it out yet, Rice and Bread Magazine took its name from an Against Me! song of the same name (well, minus the magazine part). So it was only a matter of time before we got some AM! content on the site. In fact, we’re surprised it took this long.
Thanks to Dutch punk filmmaker Arjan van Geel, the man responsible for one of our favourite YouTube channels, ihearttheweakerthans, and the cool new website Bearded Punk, we present exclusive live footage of Against Me!’s June 1, 2014 show at JC De Klinker in Belgium.
Currently on their European tour to support their Transgender Dysphoria Blues, the clip features the classic AM! song, “Walking Is Still Honest,” from their debut album, Against Me! Is Reinventing Axl Rose. Crank it up!
